Terra Point Survey & Mapping Consultants ("Terra Point", "we", "us") is a registered surveying firm based at Plot 4, Bayige Road, Iganga Municipality, P.O. Box 25264, Kampala, Uganda. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through terrapointsurveys.com.

We only collect information you choose to submit — through our contact form or quote request form. This may include your name, organisation, phone number, email address, project location and details about the survey work you need.

We do not use tracking cookies, and we do not require an account or login to use this website.

Our contact and quote forms pre-fill a message with the details you enter, which opens in WhatsApp or in your own email app for you to send — the information is not submitted to us through this website itself, and reaches us only once you send that message. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry or quote request, and — where you become a client — to deliver the survey services you have engaged us for. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties.

Messages you choose to send through WhatsApp are delivered by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta), subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy and terms; messages sent by email travel through your own email provider. No payment or financial information is collected through this website.

We retain enquiry and quote request information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement and as required by applicable law.
