These terms govern your use of terrapointsurveys.com ("this website"), operated by Terra Point Survey & Mapping Consultants. They do not constitute a contract for survey services — any engagement for survey, mapping, valuation or related consultancy work is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal issued by Terra Point.

Content on this website — including service descriptions, team information and company details — is provided for general informational purposes and is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. It does not constitute a professional survey report, valuation or legal opinion.

Submitting a quote request or contact form does not create a binding agreement between you and Terra Point. Any quote we provide in response is an estimate, subject to site conditions, scope confirmation and a formal proposal, unless stated otherwise in writing.

Where a deposit or payment has been made for commissioned survey work, cancellation and refund terms will be set out in the specific written proposal or agreement for that engagement. No payments are processed through this website.

The Terra Point name, logo and website content are the property of Terra Point Survey & Mapping Consultants and may not be reproduced without permission, except for fair, attributed reference.

While we take care to keep this website accurate and up to date, Terra Point makes no warranty that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted, and accepts no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of website content rather than a formal engagement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
